Enspire provides custom branded employer apps and a communication platform for any workforce. They provide the technology and team to integrate brand identity with unique and personalized experiences for team members through analysis of data, benefits, seasons, and trends. 
As a Brand Ambassador & Senior Visual Designer, I was tasked with doing a complete rebrand/identity of this Austin, Texas startup company as a new upcoming competitor in the employer app industry. The successful rebrand in this project lead Enspire to rise to top of the industry and helped grow its visual presence as a leading competitor. I overseed the new brand on all departments: sales material, A/B landing pages, lead tracking, case studies, WordPress website redesign & front end development, SEO work, social media & email campaigns, iOS/Android app icons and store graphics, client promo items, and UI/UX wireframing for app and web mobile client portal.

Identity Design
The concept was recreated using the inspiration from the CEO's original design. Elevating and modernizing the "E" with current tech industry trends. A cleaner, balanced, and lowercased typeface was created. Technology dataflow is the inspiration for the dataflow brand language us in various backgrounds.
Brand Elements
The above graphics were created to show different "people first" industry specific imagery. Emphasizing on the brand circle with imagers.  A modern/minimal clean tech feel.
Email & Social Media Campaigns
Email layouts were re-design with pure HTML/CSS, and also used Mailchimp to create campaign, capture leads, and track campaigns and click rate. Social media posts followed the original circle "people centered" design. A quick way to tell the story of Enspire when a user scrolls on social media. Generation and clicks increased with this style overall.
